    Ingredients

6 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins (about 18 oz)
    12 Bakery dinner rolls
    12 dill pickle slices
1 (12–13-oz) package Asian salad kit (cabbage, toppings, and sesame dressing)

    4. Cut each chicken tender in half; place on top of pickles. Drizzle with honey; top with cabbage mixture and top half of rolls. Cut into 12 sliders and serve.

    Monte Cristo-Style Sliders

    Ingredients

    Nonstick aluminum foil
4 tablespoons margarine (or unsalted butter), divided
    12 Bakery dinner rolls
1/4 cup raspberry spread (or jam)
    8 oz sliced cooked ham
    8 oz sliced oven-roasted turkey
6 slices Swiss cheese (4 oz)
    2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)

    Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Leave rolls connected; do not break apart or separate. Spread 2 tablespoons margarine on bottom of rolls; place buttered side down on foil. Cut entire group of rolls in half horizontally to make 1 large top and 1 large bottom; set top aside. Spread raspberry spread over top side of bottom half of rolls (buttered half).
    2. Arrange ham, turkey, and cheese evenly over raspberry spread. Top with other half of rolls and coat with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine. Top sliders with foil; double-fold all edges to seal pouch. Bake 8 minutes.
    3. Turn pouch over; bake 5–6 more minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove sliders from oven; let stand 2 minutes to cool. Dust top of rolls with powdered sugar (if desired). Cut into 12 sliders and serve.

    Aprons Advice

    • Complete your meal with chips and dip or Deli sides. Add brownies for a sweet finish.
    • Planning to grill out on game day? Once the sliders are sealed in foil, they can be finished on the grill.
