Ingredients

1/3 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 medium (1 lb) tropical fruit salad (fresh strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple)
3/4 cup sugar-coated corn flakes cereal
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps

  1. Stir pineapple (undrained) into yogurt until blended.
  2. Spoon fruit into 4 dessert dishes; top with yogurt mixture
  3. Crumble cereal over top; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
