Ingredients

2 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
3 limes, for zest/juice
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-oz) conatiner fresh strawberries, halved
1 medium fresh-cut fruit salad (about 1 lb)

Steps

  1. Chop mint; place in large salad bowl. Zest limes (2 teaspoons); squeeze for juice (3 tablespoons). Add zest, juice, and milk to mint; whisk until smooth.
  2. Cut strawberries in half. Stir strawberries and fruit salad into milk mixture; chill until ready to serve.
