1 tablespoon fresh mint, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (plus more if desired)
4 cups fresh citrus fruit (such as blood or navel oranges, tangelos, and/or grapefruit)


  1. Chop mint. Whisk orange juice, mint, and honey until blended.
  2. Peel citrus fruit; cut into 1/2-inch thick slices, then place in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired. Serve.
