Ingredients

1 (6-oz) bag asparagus tips, coarsely chopped
1 shallot, coarsely chopped
1 bag butter lettuce blend (5–6 oz)
1/3 cup creamy dill cucumber dressing
1 cup orange (or citrus) segments, drained
1 (4-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
1 (3.5-oz) package cranberry walnut topping

Steps

  1. Chop asparagus and shallot. Toss salad greens with dressing until coated; arrange in single layer on serving platter.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in rows on top of salad. Serve Immediately.
