1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup pecan halves
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Combine honey, oil, and water in large, nonstick sauté pan over medium. Add nuts; toss to coat.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, cumin, coriander, and cayenne. Cook 2–3 minutes, tossing and stirring frequently, or until the nuts are well coated and lightly browned. Transfer to a baking sheet to cool completely before serving.
