2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup sliced fresh carrots
8 oz fresh snow peas, strings removed
1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce


  1. Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place oil and carrots in pan; cook and stir 1 minute. Add peas; cook and stir 1 minute.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2–3 more minutes or until tender.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Microwave: Place 8 oz snow peas and 1 tablespoon water in microwave-safe bowl and cover; microwave on HIGH for 2–3 minutes or until tender. Drain; toss with 3 tablespoons Greek dressing and 1 tablespoon crumbled goat cheese.
  • Boil: Bring 4 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add 8 oz snow peas; cook 2–3 minutes or until tender. Drain; toss with 2 tablespoons Tuscan herb finishing butter and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives.
