Ingredients

Nonstick aluminum foil
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 lb coho salmon fillet, skin removed, divided into 4 pieces
2 teaspoons roasted garlic-herb seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat broiler; place oven rack 6 inches from heating element. Line baking sheet with foil. Whisk oil, Worcestershire, and lemon juice until combined.
  2. Sprinkle fish with seasoning; place on baking sheet, then drizzle with one-half lemon mixture. Broil 6–8 minutes or until flesh is opaque and separates easily. Drizzle with remaining lemon mixture; sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 4 salmon fillets on baking sheet. Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; spread over salmon. Top with cracker crumbs; bake 12–15 minutes until flesh is opaque and separates easily.
  • Sauté: Preheat nonstick sauté pan on medium. Place oil in pan, then add 4 salmon fillets; cook 3–4 minutes on each side until flesh is opaque and separates easily. Remove fish from pan. Add 1/4 cup creamy balsamic dressing and 2 tablespoons honey to pan; cook 30 seconds, then drizzle over fish.
