Salted Maple Cream Cheese Icing

1 1/2 lb Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 lb Vermont Creamery Cultured Unsalted Butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon Alessi Fine Sea Salt
1/2 cup maple syrup


  1. Add cream cheese and butter to medium mixing bowl; beat with electric hand mixer for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Scrape down bowl and beat for 3 more minutes.
  2. Add vanilla, sugar, salt, and syrup; beat until well blended. Chill 20 minutes before using.
