Ingredients

2 limes, for zest/juice
2 oranges, for zest/juice
1 cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
1 tablespoon agave nectar
4 cups diet (or unsweetened) raspberry tea
2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup nondairy mango (or berry) sorbetto, divided
4 fresh mint sprigs (optional for garnish)

Steps

  1. Zest limes (1 teaspoon) and squeeze for juice (2 tablespoons). Zest orange (1 teaspoon) and squeeze for juice (2/3 cup). Place citrus juices, zests, raspberries, and agave in blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Divided raspberry puree in bottom of 4 tall serving glasses; top evenly with tea, ice, and sorbet. Serve with mint sprig (if desired).
