3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (8-oz) package fresh, prediced yellow onions
1 (8-oz) package presliced white mushrooms
14 oz sliced roast beef, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 slices provolone (or American) cheese
12 Publix Bakery Potato (or brioche) Rolls
- Melt butter in large sauté pan on medium-high. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until browned and softened.
- Add beef and Worcestershire sauce to pan; cook 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated through. Remove pan from heat; top mixture with cheese, and let melt.
- Cut open rolls. Place bottom buns on flat surface and top evenly with beef-cheese mixture; add top buns. Serve.

Fill split rolls with warm meatballs, pasta sauce, and provolone for meatball sliders.
