Ingredients

1/2 European cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 medium carrot, coarsely chopped
1/2 fresh mango, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices
1 cup unsweetened coconut water (plus more, if needed)
3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 (5.3-oz) container low-fat coconut Greek yogurt

Steps

  1. Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup), carrot, and mango.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
