1/2 European cucumber
1 medium carrot
1/2 fresh mango
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices
1 cup unsweetened coconut water (plus more, if needed)
3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 (5.3-oz) container nonfat coconut-flavored Greek yogurt


  1. Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup), carrot (1/2 cup), and mango (1/2 cup).
  2. Add all ingredients to blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
