Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats, divided
1 cup fat free milk, divided
2 small containers with lids
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, divided
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons walnuts, crushed and divided

Steps

  1. Place 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup milk in each container; top each with 1/4 cup berries.
  2. Combine applesauce, yogurt, syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Divide yogurt mixture in half; layer over berries, then top with 1 tablespoon walnuts. Cover with lids and chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve.
