Ingredients

Aluminum foil
6 1/2 lb Publix Premium Semi-Boneless Ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
6 oz (1/2 can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line roasting pan with foil; place ham in pan, flat-side down.
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour mixture over ham. Cover ham with foil, sealing tightly around edges of roasting pan. Bake about 2 hours and until ham is 165°F.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 450°F. Remove foil from ham; bake 10 minutes, basting occasionally, until glaze caramelizes.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Leftovers: Combine in large stockpot: 2 (16-oz) cans navy beans, 3 cups cooked ham chunks, 1 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped carrots, and 2 cups chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cornbread.
