1 cup water
4 oven-safe ramekins (4–6-oz)
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (or your favorite cookie, crushed)
1 teaspoon + 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 orange, for zest/juice
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil; pour into 4-quart slow cooker. Cover slow cooker and set to LOW. Coat ramekins with spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 teaspoon sugar; stir until blended, then coat each ramekin evenly with crumb mixture.
  2. Combine cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, and sour cream; whisk until blended. Zest orange (1 teaspoon); squeeze for juice (1 tablespoon). Whisk in a small bowl: zest, juice, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Gently stir egg mixture into cheese mixture until blended. Pour mixture evenly into ramekins, to the rim. Transfer filled ramekins to slow cooker; cover and cook 1–1 1/2 hours, or until set. Chill 2 hours; serve in ramekins.
