Lemon Melon Salad with Mint

1/2 fresh watermelon
1/2 fresh cantaloupe
1/2 fresh honeydew
1 lemon, for zest
3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tablespoons honey


  1. Scoop watermelon (about 6 cups), cantaloupe (about 3 cups), and honeydew (about 3 cups), using a melon baller (or 1-inch portion scoop), and place in large salad bowl.
  2. Zest lemon (1 teaspoon); chop mint. Drizzle honey, mint, and zest over melon; toss to coat. Serve.
