1 (10-oz) bag frozen GreenWise Quinoa and Squash
1 Fuji apple
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup lemon vinaigrette
1 (3.5-oz) bag GreenWise Salad Toppers, Organic, Dried Cranberries & Glazed Walnut Pieces
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Microwave quinoa following package instructions; refrigerate 10 minutes to cool. Core and small dice apple.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients with quinoa and apple in medium mixing bowl until blended. Serve.
