1 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese (about 2 oz)
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups aerosol whipped cream (+ extra for topping)
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups flake cereal with oat/fruit
1 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Slice strawberries thinly; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients (except cereal and blueberries) in medium bowl, whisking until smooth. Chill both until ready to serve.
  2. Layer half of cereal evenly into four parfait glasses. Then add half each of strawberries, blueberries, and cheese mixture; repeat layers. Top with extra whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
