Ingredients

2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 (1-oz) packet ranch dry seasoning
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite chips or carrots and celery.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan). Halve and core 2 medium avocados; season with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning. Grill (flesh side down) 4–5 minutes or until golden and soft. Serve with a slice of lime.
