Ingredients

18 (6-inch) wooden skewers
2 lb fresh chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon garlic blend paste
1 tablespoon ginger spice blend paste
1/2 cup presliced green onions, divided

Steps

  1. Push sharp ends of skewers through chicken, then place skewers in single layer on baking sheet (wash hands). Combine remaining ingredients (including 1/4 cup green onions) and pour over chicken; let stand 15 minutes (or overnight) to marinate. Preheat grill (or grill pan).
  2. Place chicken on grill (or in grill pan); grill 8–10 minutes, turning often, and until chicken is 165°F. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup green onions. Serve.
