Ingredients

2 Honeycrisp apples
Nonstick aluminum foil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F. Core apples, then slice thinly. Arrange apple slices evenly on 2 nonstick, foil-lined baking sheets.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture evenly over apple slices. Bake apple slices 1 3/4–2 hours, rotating pans every 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer apple chips to wire rack and let stand until cooled and crispy. Serve.
