Ingredients

12 tablespoons caramel sundae topping, divided
3 cups caramel cookie (or vanilla) ice cream (or gelato)
24 oz unsweetened cold brew coffee
12 tablespoons pressurized whipped cream
6 biscotti cookies (optional)

Steps

  1. Place in each serving cup: 1 tablespoon caramel, 1/2 cup ice cream, and 4 oz coffee.
  2. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and drizzle with 1 tablespoon caramel. Garnish with biscotti if desired. Serve.
