2 medium Granny Smith apples
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Peel apples and remove core; cut apples into bite-size pieces (3 cups) then place in small saucepan.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook on medium-low 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until apples are tender.
