Ingredients

Parchment paper
6-inch wooden skewers
1 (14-oz) package apple slices
2 (7-oz) containers microwaveable chocolate for dipping
Assorted toppings (such as finely chopped peanuts, crushed apple chips, or candy sprinkles), optional

Steps

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully insert skewers lengthwise into apple slices (apples should stand vertically when skewered). Melt chocolate following package instructions.
  2. Dip apples into chocolate and let excess drip off. Place on baking sheet and immediately coat with toppings, if desired. Chill in refrigerator or freezer to harden until ready to serve.
