Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), melted
1 1/2 cups GreenWise cane sugar
2 teaspoons GreenWise vanilla extract
2 GreenWise large brown eggs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups GreenWise almond flour
1/4 cup GreenWise unsweetened coconut flakes
Parchment paper
Cooking spray
1/2 cup GreenWise semisweet chocolate morsels

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter. Place in bowl of stand mixer: butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, salt, flour, and coconut; mix on low speed 2–3 minutes or until combined.
  2. Line 8-inch square, nonstick baking dish with parchment paper; coat with spray. Spread batter evenly into dish; bake 20 minutes.
  3. Remove dish from oven; sprinkle chocolate morsels over top, pressing down gently into mixture. Bake 25–30 more minutes until chocolate has melted.
  4. Let blondies stand in pan until cooled completely; cut into bars and serve.
