Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1 lime, for juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)

Steps

  1. Remove seeds and pulp from tomatoes; chop (about 3 cups) and place in medium bowl.
  2. Chop bell pepper, onion, then add to tomatoes.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over tomato mixture and season with salt; toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips (if desired).
