1/2 cup Applegate Naturals Chicken & Apple Breakfast Sausage
1/2 cup shredded Deli Oven-Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken
3 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup black beans, drained & rinsed
Cooking spray
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four Cheese
Plastic wrap
1/2 cup medium salsa
1/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

Cutting board
Large nonstick skillet
Mixing bowl

  1. Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Shred chicken (1/2 cup). Preheat a large, nonstick skillet over medium for 2–3 minutes. Beat eggs. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Remove skillet from heat and coat with spray, then return to heat. Add eggs; cook and stir 2–3 minutes or until eggs are firm. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sausage, black beans, chicken, salt, and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow container and chill until ready to use.
  3. Lay tortillas on a clean work surface and divide the egg mixture evenly between tortillas. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese, then roll tortilla around filling to make burritos. Wrap burritos in plastic wrap and place in an air-tight container with salsa and yogurt.
Note: Microwave burritos on MEDIUM (50% power) for 3–4 minutes to reheat.
