Nonstick aluminum foil
1 (6-oz) Deli Hoop Cheddar Cheese wedge, shredded
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and divided
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder with parsley, divided
1 cup buttermilk


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Shred cheese (1 1/2 cups) and melt butter. Combine flour, salt, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, buttermilk, 1/2 cup butter, and cheese.
  2. Scoop 1/4 cup biscuit mixture onto baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden. Brush with combined remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Let stand 5 minutes to cool.

  • Pasta: Combine 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 15 oz alfredo sauce, and 4 cups cooked elbow pasta for a creamy mac-n-cheese.
