1 (4.4-oz) wedge Danish blue cheese
1 (8-oz) chunk feta cheese
1 (10-oz) wedge sharp cheddar cheese
1 (5.3-oz) wedge Gruyère cheese
1 (5.2-oz) package garlic-herb Gournay cheese
1 (6-oz) package sliced uncured salami
1 (3-oz) package sliced prosciutto
1 (6-oz) jar whole, garlic-stuffed green olives, drained
1 (6-oz) jar pitted Greek Kalamata olives, drained
Fresh or dried fruit (optional)
1 (13.7-oz) box crackers


  1. Crumble blue cheese and feta into large chunks and place on board (or platter). Slice cheddar and Gruyère, and place on board; add garlic-herb cheese.
  2. Add salami and prosciutto to board. Place piles of almonds and olives on board. Add piles of fresh or dried fruit, if desired. Place name tags by each item. Serve with crackers.
