1 vanilla bean pod (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1 jar caramel sauce (11–12 oz)
3 tablespoons instant espresso powder


  1. Split vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape seeds from pod, using the back of a knife or spoon.
  2. Combine vanilla seeds, caramel, and espresso powder in medium bowl; whisk until blended. Serve.
