California Turkey Burger

California Turkey Burger

8 slices bacon, halved
8 tablespoons Deli guacamole
4 hamburger buns
8 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
4 frozen turkey (or beef) burger patties
4 slices pepper-jack cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced


  1. Preheat grill (or grill pan). Cut bacon slices in half, then cook following package instructions (wash hands).
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole on each top-half buns. Combine sour cream and paprika, then spread 2 tablespoons on each bottom-half bus.
  3. Grill burgers following package instructions. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese and let stand to melt. Slice tomato.
  4. Assemble burgers with even amounts bacon and tomatoes. Serve.
