1 small banana
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon creamy almond butter
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla (or plain) yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 large ice cubes
1/4 cup frosted flakes cereal
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks


  1. Peel banana; cut into chunks; freeze 25 minutes (or overnight).
  2. Blend banana, maple syrup, chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, almond milk, and ice in blender until smooth.
  3. Transfer smoothie to bowl; top with cereal, almonds, blueberries, and mango. Serve.
