1 loaf Bakery white mountain bread
1 medium ripe tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Deli mayonnaise, divided
Parchment paper
1/2 cup creamy garlic-herb spread
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 thin slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh baby spinach
4 thin slices Havarti cheese
4 thin slices asiago cheese


  1. Cut bread into 8 (1-inch-thick) slices; slice tomato. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice, then place mayo-side down on parchment paper.
  2. Spread garlic-herb spread on inside of bread slices. Sprinkle even amounts parmesan cheese, 1 mozzarella cheese slice, and spinach on 4 slices of bread. Place 1 Havarti cheese slice, 1 asiago cheese slice, and tomato on remaining 4 slices of bread. Close sandwich (mayonnaise side out).
  3. Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Place sandwiches in pan, mayo-side down, and cook 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve.
