Berry Good Sundae

Berry Good Sundae

8 scoops specialty chocolate ice cream (about 4 cups)
2 medium bananas
1/2 cup cinnamon almonds (or glazed pecans), coarsely chopped
3 full sheets cinnamon graham crackers, coarsely chopped
1 cup berry jam
2 cups mixed berries (such as blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
1 cup whipped topping


  1. Remove ice cream from freezer 10 minutes before scooping, to soften. Peel bananas and cut into cubes. Chop almonds and graham crackers.
  2. Place in 4 (16-oz) glasses (or sundae dishes): 2 tablespoons each graham crackers and berry jam, 1/4 cup berries, and even amounts banana, whipped topping, and almonds. Top with 1 scoop ice cream; repeat for a second layer. Finish with whipped topping and almonds; serve.
Note: Any berry sundae topping will work in place of our "At Seasons Peak" Berry Jam recipe.
