Beef Fajitas with Peppers and Onions

1 1/2 lb top sirloin for stir-fry
2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 (32-oz) container peppers and onions
1 lime, for juice
8 small flour tortillas


  1. Combine in medium bowl: sirloin and seasoning until well blended. Preheat oil in large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and onions to pan; cook and stir 2–3 minutes, and until vegetables begin to soften. Stir in beef; cook 4–6 minutes, and until beef has browned. Squeeze lime over top; serve with warm tortillas.
