Ingredients

2 tablespoons culantro, coarsely chopped
1 (16-oz) can reduced-sodium pinto beans, drained
1 (14.5-oz) can diced rutabagas, drained
1/2 cup salsa verde
1/2 teaspoon complete (or total) seasoning

Prep

  • Chop culantro.

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan on medium.
  2. Cook and stir 4–5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve.
