1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar-bourbon seasoning
Large zip-top bag
4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb)
Cooking spray


  1. Combine hoisin, sriracha, and seasoning in large zip-top bag (reserve 2 tablespoons). Add pork to bag; seal and knead to coat. Marinate 30 minutes (or overnight).
  2. Preheat grill (or grill pan). Coat pork with spray and grill 4–6 minutes on each side, turning often, and until pork is 145°F. Brush with reserved sauce during last minute of grill time.

Other Preparation Methods

  • Pan Fry: Coat 1 1/2 lb pork chops with 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. Add 1/2 cup hushpuppy mix and pork to large zip-top bag. Shake to coat. Heat 1/4 cup oil in sauté pan. Sauté pork 4–5 minutes on each side, until golden and 145°F.
  • Broil: Preheat broiler. Season 1 1/2 lb pork chops with 2 teaspoons chipotle garlic seasoning. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 3 oz shredded pepper jack cheese. Spread mix over pork; broil on middle rack 8–9 minutes, until browned and 145°F.
