  1. Prepare pork. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat oven-safe dish (or baking sheet) with cooking spray. Season pork with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Bake 20–22 minutes, turning halfway through, and until 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes to rest.
  2. Heat squash & wild rice. Combine in medium microwave-safe bowl: rice, squash, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper; stir to combine. Add 3/4 tablespoon butter, then cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Remove plastic wrap; stir in almonds and cranberry blend. Re-cover rice and let stand until pork is complete.
  3. Prepare compote. Remove apple compote from packaging. Place apple compote and 1/4 cup water in small microwave-safe bowl; stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Serve. Slice pork; serve with squash and rice topped with apple compote.
