Blended Tropical Fruit and Yogurt Bowl

2 (5.3-oz) containers blended low-fat coconut Greek yogurt
1 large banana, divided
2 cups tropical fruit salad (fresh cut pineapple, kiwi, strawberries), divided
2 cups frozen mango chunks
8 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut
4 tablespoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons gluten-free granola
4 tablespoons honey (optional)


  1. Place in blender: yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 cup fruit salad, and mango; blend until smooth. Slice all fruits in remaining 1 cup fruit salad and remaining 1/2 banana.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture between 4 serving bowls. Garnish with coconut, chia, granola, and fruit slices. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve.
