Blistered Tomato and Burrata Crostini with Arugula-Cashew Pesto paired with Chardonnay; Crispy Miso-Glazed Pork Belly with Shiitake Relish and Celery Root Puree paired with Pinot Noir; Marinated Flat-Iron Steak with Herb-Roasted Root Vegetables and Red Wine-Shallot Reduction paired with Cabernet; Mixed Berry Crumble with Smoked Cinnamon Crème Fraiche Gelato paired with Red Blend.
