Class Description

If you’ve never been to Spain or Portugal, we’re bringing the flavors of the Iberian coast to you. Five courses from Tapas to Flan paired with regional Spanish and Portuguese wines.


Marinated Manchego, Olive, and Garlic Shrimp Tapas; Pasties de Bacalao with Romesco-Aioli; Caldo Verde Collard Soup; Beef Alcatra with Arroz de Tomate; Dark Chocolate-Cinnamon Flan.
