March is Washington Wine Month! To celebrate, renown Seattle Chef Tom Douglas has contributed the evenings recipes paired with Washington’s Chateau Ste. Michelle wines. Chef Tom, the James Beard Outstanding Restauranteur award winner, is committed to serving delicious food graciously, championing the Pacific Northwest and continuing to be a leader in culinary innovation and employee sustainability. Publix is very pleased to invite you to a culinary event featuring some of Chef Douglas’s classic Northwest dishes paired with wines from the #1 producing wine supplier from Washington, Chateau Ste Michelle.
Founded in 1934, Chateau Ste. Michelle pioneered vinifera grape growing in Washington state and has been producing classic European varietal wines under the Ste. Michelle label since 1967. The winery combines an ongoing dedication to research with a commitment to classic winemaking traditions.
Guy Barnes, winemaker for Chateau Ste. Michelle, will share his passion for winemaking as we all celebrate Washington State wines!
