Nicole Coudal – My Delicious Blog LLC – Sarasota

Nicole Coudal is the author of My Delicious Blog, a showcase for many of her passions, including healthy eating, sustainable seafood, cooking with locally-sourced ingredients, and gardening. She creates recipes anyone can prepare in a home kitchen, with lots of inspiration, informative references, and funny stories along the way. Her popular “Field Trip Friday” posts also highlight farmer’s markets, farms, festivals, and folks doing great things to ensure a healthy food system in southwest Florida.

Fans of her blog love to follow it because it’s filled with glimpses of Nicole’s coastal lifestyle, like her fishing adventures, her outdoor dinner parties and picnics, and even her occasional kitchen mishap. Some even say that while they don’t like to cook, they still look forward to her weekly blog posts!

Nicole grew up in Massachusetts, where she acquired her culinary passions from her family of French-Canadian cooks. In 1990 she moved to Sarasota, Florida, where she worked as a human resources executive for 20+ years. But in 2016, she decided to leave her corporate world behind and honor her passion by building a career in food writing. Today she lives in Nokomis, Florida where she works alongside her artist husband, her cat LuLu, and her dog Libby.

In addition to writing her blog, Nicole is a guest chef on ABC-7’s Suncoast View and a regular contributor to Edible Sarasota and Visit Sarasota County. And in the Spring of 2019, she launched a line of beautiful flour sack towels, which she designs and prints in her studio. The collection, under the name Delicious Dry Goods, is filled with colorful coastal and culinary images.
