Jason Clarke

Our resident Culinologist at Applegate, Jason has been in the food industry for over 20 years in roles ranging from line cook, to executive chef. Jason led a team at Cuisine Innovations, where he sharpened his skills in R&D. Jason is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, where he was classically trained in the culinary arts in San Francisco.
