Climate greatly affects which grapes will grow, and how the wine will taste. From Champagne, France to Willamette Valley, Washington State, cooler-climate wines possess poise and elegance second to none. Join us to celebrate your valentine.

Welcome aperitif: Italian Sparkling Rosé; Pistachio Shortbread with Goat Cheese, Strawberries, and Mint-Honey paired with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc; Seared Sea Scallop Chowder with Smoky Sourdough Croutons paired with California Chardonnay; Sous Vide Lamb Loin with Butter-Roasted Radishes, Carrots, and Baby Potatoes paired with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir; Butterscotch-Toffee Budino paired with Brut French Champagne.
