In the beginning there were many, but 6 varietals rose to the top to set the stage for wines place at the table to celebrate food and cherish fellowship.

Artisan Mixed Greens with Gallberry Honey Lime Vinaigrette; Herb Roasted Chicken and Leek and Morel Macaroni Cheese; Maple Glazed Salmon with Roasted Fennel and Cauliflower; Oxtails and Capers with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes; Flowerless Chocolate Cake with Cabernet Clove Caramel Sauce.
