Class Description

Rosé wine isn’t as scarce as they used to be. With so many varieties now to pair easily with food, let us show you some recipes to complement your favorite all-day sipper.

Tuna Niçoise paired with Côte du Rosé; Garlic Shrimp paired with a Spanish Rosé; Korean-Style Barbecue Short Ribs with Scallion and Shiitake Risotto paired with a Pinot Noir Rosé; Strawberry and Rhubarb Galette paired with a Sweet Rosé.
