Every May celebrates Oregon’s official state-wide month of wine tasting, wine learning and wine loving. Oregon Wine Month is an opportunity to experience the quality and diversity of Oregon wines through unique events around Oregon and beyond. Join us at Aprons Cooking School as we celebrate.


Welcome Aperitif - Four Graces Pinot Blanc; Fried Shrimp Ravioli with Ruby Grapefruit and Cumin Aioli paired with Four Graces Pinot Blanc; Bitter Greens Salad with Bacon, Poached Pears, Gorgonzola and White Wine Vinaigrette paired with Four Graces Pinot Gris; Grilled Cobia with Sauce Putanesca, Polenta Cake, and Oil Braised Rapini paired with Four Graces Pinot Noir; Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake paired with Four Graces Pinot Noir Reserve.
