Every May celebrates Oregon’s official state-wide month of wine tasting, wine learning and wine loving. Oregon Wine Month is an opportunity to experience the quality and diversity of Oregon wines through unique events around Oregon and beyond. Join us at Aprons Cooking School as we celebrate with Acrobat Wines. At the heart of these wines is the love of pairing an honest wine with casual meals and gatherings. Welcome Aperitif - Rosé Pinot Noir; Porcini Dusted Sea Scallops with Sweet Pepper Relish and Farro Risotto paired with Rosé Pinot Noir; Pancetta Wrapped Dates and Baby Arugula Salad with Roasted Tomato Chimichurri and Manchego paired with Chardonnay; Duck Carbonara with Casarecce Pasta paired with Pinot Noir; Peach and Berry Crumble with Crème Fraiche Gelato paired with Pinot Gris.
