Cono Sur has applied new ideas and technology to traditional winemaking methods, with a main goal to create expressive and innovative wined from the world’s southernmost land, and its gifted wine valleys. Join Gonzalo Marina as he shares his expertise. Come experience great food paired with great wine.


Welcome Aperitif - Organic Sauvignon Blanc; Roasted Oysters with Orange-Fennel Prosciutto paired with Chardonnay; Pappardelle with Burnt Flour, Blistered Tomatoes, Asparagus, Pearl Onions, and Garlic Crème paired with 20 BBLS Pinot Noir 6 B; Roasted Lamb and Marble Potatoes with Arugula Tarragon Pesto paired with Bicicleta Merlot; Maple Ice Cream with Spiced Blackberry Compote paired with 20 BBLS Cab Sauvignon.
